Q1: What do I need to do to place an order?
 A: Just look through our collection, add the things you want to your cart, and then go to checkout.  We will process and ship your order as soon as we get your payment.

 Q2: How do you accept payment?
 A: We take credit cards and PayPal.  All transactions are safe.

 Q3: Is it safe to buy things on meryiae.shop?
 A: Yes.  We protect your personal and payment information with secure SSL encryption and well-known payment processors like PayPal and major credit card networks.

 Shipping and Delivery

 Q4: Do you ship for free?
 A: Yes!  No matter how much you buy, we offer free standard shipping on all orders.

 Q5: How long does it take for shipping?
 A: Depending on where you live, standard delivery usually takes 5 to 15 business days.

 Q6: Is it possible to track my order?
 A: Yes.  You'll get an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package once it ships.

 Q7: Do you send things to other countries?
 A: Yes, we ship to most countries around the world.  Please get in touch with us if your country isn't on the list at checkout.

 Returns and refunds

 Q8: How do you handle returns?
 A: Most of our items can be returned within 90 days.  Items must be in the same condition as when they were received, in their original packaging, and not used.

 Q9: How do I ask for a return?
 A: Send us an email at contact@meryiae.shop with your order number and the reason you want to return it.  We'll show you how to do it step by step.

 Q10: When will I get my money back?
 A: Once we get your return and check it out, we will process your refund within 7 business days to the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

 Q11: Who pays for shipping back?
 A: The customer has to pay for return shipping unless the item is broken or they got the wrong one.

 Q12: Are the sizes of your clothes standard?
 A: Our sizes are mostly based on U.S. and EU standards, but they may be a little different for each style.  Before you order, please look at the size guide for each item.

 Q13: Are your goods of good quality?
 A: Yes.  We carefully choose the materials for all of our clothes, and they go through quality control before they are shipped.

 Q14: What should I do if I get something broken or wrong?
 A: Please email us at contact@meryiae.shop within 14 days of getting your order and send us pictures of the problem.  We'll either send you a new item or give you a full refund.

 Q15: Do I have to have an account to buy things?
 A: No.  You can check out as a guest, but making an account makes it easier to see your order history and keep track of your orders.

 Q16: What is the best way to get in touch with customer service?

 Q17: Do you have sales or discounts?
 A: Yes!  Sign up for our newsletter to get news about new arrivals, sales, and special deals.

 Other Questions

 Q18: Is it possible to cancel my order after I place it?
 A: You can change or cancel your order within 12 hours of buying it.  You can't change or cancel your order once it's been shipped.

 Q19: Do you take orders in bulk or at a discount?
 A: Right now, we don't offer wholesale prices, but we might in the future.  Please call us directly if you want to place a large order.

 Q20: What if I typed in the wrong shipping address?
 A: Get in touch with us right away at contact@meryiae.shop.  We can change your address if your order hasn't shipped yet.  Sadly, we can't change anything if it's already been shipped.
